Delivery Information
We imposed delivery charges to selected areas if the total amount of your product purchased is below RM250.
If your products purchased is above RM250, we will provide free delivery to selected areas. ( please refer to Free Delivery Areas). Areas that are not covered will be charged accordingly to the rates available at the time.
For East Malaysia major cities and towns, a RM100 delivery surcharge applies. And also we might need to do some alteration to the products due to transportation restrictions.

- Gombak, Wangsa Maju, Genting Klang, Setapak, Melawati.
- Cheras, Ampang, KL, Yulek.
- Old Klang Road, OUG.
- Puchong, Kinrara, 16 Sierra.
- Sierra Mas, Kepong, Bandar Sri Damasara, Desa Parkcity, Sentul, Segambut, Mont Kiara.
- Setia Alam, Bukit Tinggi, Kota Kemuning, Botanic.
- Sunway, Subang, USJ.
- Petaling Jaya, Kelana Jaya, Bangsar, Damansara.
Estimated time needed for us to deliver your orders to your doorsteps is as follows:

The above stated estimated delivery time shall remain as a reference. Actual time needed for delivery might be shorter as well as longer than the above stated.
We, MFG HAMPERS ENTERPRISE., will not be held responsible for delivery lead time due to unforeseen circumstances.
EXCHANGE & REFUNDS POLICY
All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Please contact 011-37938245 incase of emergency.
Non - acceptance of order
Order(s) will be deemed accepted unless we have notified you that we do no accept your order.
Non acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the followings:
- The product(s) that you have ordered is no longer available.
- Our inability to obtain authorisation or confirmation from your payment.
- The indicated price of a product is found to be inaccurate.
Order Cancellation
It is not advisable for you to cancel your order once your order have been placed. We will not refund your payment even if you return the products to us in good condition.
